How to add a Welcome Video
Your pre-interview video can be short. About 2-3 minutes is a good target for sharing enough information with the candidates and keeping their attention.
Sample script
As a rough script you can answer these questions:
"Hi I'm *NAME*, *JOB-TITLE* with *COMPANY*"
- Why do you love working for *COMPANY*?
- What kind of opportunities are there for team members?
- What are you looking for in a candidate?
- What are the general responsibilities of a team member?
"We're looking forward to meeting you!"

- What availability do you require from candidates?
- What is the salary/earning potential?
- What kind of promotion/career advancement opportunities are there?
- How big is your team?
- Is this a remote, on-site, or hybrid role?

- Log into tryhellohire.com
- Go to the Jobs tab and select the Job
- In the left menu, go to Interview
Options for adding your video
Record video – Record your Welcome video in Hellohire:
- Click on Record video
- To start recording, click the circle in the bottom left corner
- To stop recording, click the square in the bottom left corner
- To upload your recording, click the Upload recording button
Upload – Upload an existing video
- Click on Upload or link video
- Upload a video
- File type .MP4 or .MOV
- File size up to 100MB
- Click the Add button to upload your video
Link – Link to an existing video
- Click on Upload or link video
- Link to a video
- Video sources: Youtube, Vimeo, Vidyard, Wistia
- Click the Add button to add your video
