The Interview report lists all interviews that have been conducted for an online Interview. You can review which candidates have been interviewed, which interviewer conducted the interview, notes, ratings, and candidate information.

How to access the Interview report

1. Log into https://www.tryhellohire.com
2. In the top menu, go to Jobs
3. Select the job from your list of Jobs
4. In the left menu, go to Reports and then Interview report

Interview report summary

The Interview report summary shows the total number of interviews conducted, and the number of candidates who have been given a "Yes" recommendation.

Interview report table

The Interview report table is a summary of important information about each candidate. The table contains the columns:

1. Name
2. Recommendation
3. Interviewer
4. Chatted on

Additional information: notes, ratings, and registration information

Click on a row to view the notes and ratings from the interviews, and candidates' answers to the registration questions.

Downloading the Interview report

Use the Download report button to download the report as a comma-separated value (CSV) file. This file can be opened using spreadsheet software, or imported into other programs. The CSV contains all of the information on the table, including the additional information.
