As a candidate/job seeker, you have a profile that is visible to employers when attending interviews and hiring events on the Hellohire platform.

The first time you register for an interview or hiring event hosted on Hellohire, you create your Hellohire account, which is used in all interviews and hiring events.

Most interviews and hiring events also ask you to create a profile that is specific to that interview or hiring event where you will asked for additional information that is only used for that particular interview or hiring event.

Your Hellohire Account Profile

Your Hellohire account profile is your:

• First name

• Last name

• Email

• Password

If you registered for Hellohire using the Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook sign-in method, your First Name, Last Name, and Email are automatically added to your Hellohire Account Profile based on the information you have on the service used to create your account.

Your Interview or Hiring Event profile

Your Interview or Hiring Event profile is made up of the answers to any questions you were asked when you registered for the Interview or Hiring Event.

How to Update Your First Name, Last Name, and Interview/Hiring Event Profile

You can update your First Name, Last Name, and registration profile by logging into any Interview or Hiring Event that you have registered to attend.

1. Log into the Interview or Hiring Event using the link provided in your registration confirmation email

2. Go to the menu in the top right corner

3. Go to My profile

4. Update your First Name, Last Name, and answers to any registration questions

5. To save your changes, tap/click the Save button

How to Update Your Password

1. Go to the Sign In page for any Interview or Hiring Event using the link provided in your registration confirmation email

2. Enter your email address and then tap/click the Next button

3. Tap/click the Forgot your password link

4. If you have an account with the email address you entered, an email to reset your password will be sent to you.
   NOTE: If you do not receive the email, check your junk/spam folders.

5. Tap/click the link in the password reset email and then enter a new password
