Manually Scheduling In-Person Interviews

To manually schedule a candidate into our system and assign them an interview time, please click into the in-person job or from the Jobs page or via this link, and then click the new Schedule interview button: https://manage.hellohireapp.com/jobs

Next enter the candidates name, email, and phone number (optional). Then select the time you would like to schedule for to meet them in-person, and assign the interviewer using the drop down menu. 


This feature allows you to assign a specific time for a candidate, instead of having them self-schedule using the link Hellohire sends automatically.
