Steps to Download Candidates from Indeed and Upload into Hellohire

Go into the Indeed website with your employer account

• Click on the briefcase icon
• Click jobs
• Then click on the specific job you are using with Hellohire
• Then click on the candidates you haven't processed yet, such as the 'Awaiting' label
• Then click top left square/checkbox for select all (It will select 20 at a time)
• Then click on the text itself that says 'Select all candidates' which will select more than 20 to include every candidate on multiple pages
• Then click Export Candidate details
• Agree and click the checkbox to download the file
• Now you have exported the candidate list and can Upload it into Hellohire

Access your Hellohire account by logging in or using the link https://manage.hellohireapp.com/

• Then click on Jobs at the top of the page
• Then click on the specific job you have created in Hellohire
• Click the white button 'Add candidates'
• Click Upload candidates
• Browse to find the file from Indeed, which may be titled "CANDIDATE INFO JOB TITLE" or similar
• Map the columns to the Name, Email, and Phone Number
• Click Submit, and we will invite them instantly by email and SMS message through their phone number, and we will send additional reminders via text and email again 24 hours later, and again a few days later as configured in your Engage tab settings.
