How to Connect Hellohire to Indeed

Hellohire integrates directly with Indeed to simplify your recruitment process. It automatically syncs new applicants from Indeed into your Hellohire account, keeping everything organized and up to date with less manual effort.

Follow the steps below to connect your Indeed job post to your Hellohire account so that candidate applications are forwarded automatically.

How to connect Hellohire to Indeed?

Step 1: Get Your Hellohire Job Email Address

1. Log in to your Hellohire account: https://www.tryhellohire.com

2. Navigate to the Jobs tab.

3. Select the job you want to integrate. 

4. Click "Add Candidates."

5. Under "Forward resumes by email," copy the unique email address 

        (e.g., application+XXXXXXXXXXXX@tryhellohire.com).

   

Step 2: Update the Email Address in Your Indeed Job Posting

1. Log in to your Indeed employer account.

2. Find the job you want to integrate and click the three dots (•••) next to it.

3. Select "Edit job." 

4. Scroll down to the "Settings" section.

5. Click the pencil icon next to "Application method: Email."

6. Paste the Hellohire email address you copied earlier.

7. Tick the following two boxes:
✅ Plus, send an individual email update each time someone applies
✅ Resume required

8. Click "Done" to save your changes.

9. Apply the same process to any other Indeed jobs you’d like to connect with Hellohire.

What happens next?

1. Hellohire automatically syncs with Indeed.
2. New applicants are imported directly into your Hellohire account.
3. Candidates appear in your Hellohire, ready to move forward in the hiring process.
