The Scorecard feature allows interviewers to score candidates during the interview process using a structured and consistent 1–5 rating scale. This helps ensure fair evaluations and simplifies candidate comparison based on key criteria.
How to Access the Interview (Scorecard) Tab
Follow these steps to access and set up your candidate scorecard:
Step 1: Log in to Your Hellohire Account
Go to https://www.tryhellohire.com and log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Jobs Section
Click on “Jobs” in the upper-left corner of your dashboard.
Step 3: Select a Job
Choose the job for which you'd like to set up or view the scorecard.
Step 4: Open the Interview Tab
Click on the “Interview” tab. This section contains the Scorecard (Interview Criteria), where you can set up and manage the criteria used to evaluate candidates. Follow the instructions below to add and customize your interview scorecard.
How to Add Interview Criteria
1. Click the “Add Criteria” button.
2. Enter the criteria name (e.g., Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Culture Fit).
3. Click “Save.”
How to Edit Interview Criteria
1. Click the pencil iconnext to the criterion you want to update.

2. Make your changes, then click “Update.”
How to Delete Interview Criteria
1. Click the trash icon beside the criterion you want to remove.
2. Confirm by clicking “Remove.”
Each criterion will automatically use a 1 to 5 rating scale, where:
1 = Poor
5 = Excellent
This standardized scoring system helps ensure consistent evaluations across all candidates and interviewers.
