Candidates register for their interviews using the Job Interview’s Scheduling Page. There’s more than one way to share the Scheduling Page link with candidates, and often using multiple ways will lead to more registrations.

Where to find the Scheduling Page link

1. Log into tryhellohire.com

2. Go to the Jobs tab

3. Click on your Job

4. Click on the Add Candidates button at the top of the page. To copy the link, click the Copy button in the new window underneath the Share your . Or to open the link in a new tab where you can copy the link from the browser address bar, click anywhere on the link.

Send the Scheduling Page link to candidates

When a candidate applies, respond to their application with an invitation to interview with your team. Contact them with the scheduling link, inviting them to book their interview with your team.

ATS Messaging and Email

If you are using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or email to communicate with your candidates, send your candidates a message after they have applied to register to interview with your team.

We recommend sending the invitation to candidates as quickly as possible after they register, ideally on the same day the application is received.

Many Applicant Tracking Systems allow you to automate the sending of this message as each candidate application is received. If you do not have automation in your ATS, in most cases you can send a bulk message to your candidates

Use the Scheduling Page link as your direct application link

Some ATS applications have a button for candidates to apply for your role. In some cases, you can control where the “Apply” button goes. If you are able to connect the apply button to your Scheduling Page, you can get candidates to book their interviews right away.

Add the Scheduling link to social media posts and ads

When advertising your role on social media with a post or an ad, you can provide candidates with a link. Using the Scheduling Page link as the link on your posts and ads gives candidates a direct way to book their interview so you can meet with them as quickly as possible.
