Cancel or Reschedule your Interview

As a candidate, you may want to change your interview time after confirming your original interview. You can access this rescheduling link by clicking the hyperlinked text "If you are unable to come to your interview, please cancel or reschedule" within your original confirmation email. 


This will allow you to cancel your interview, or change the time it begins (if the employer has made multiple interview times available).

Please see below an example of the page you will see with multiple scheduling options:

You may select any of the alternative interview times, and click the grey 'Reschedule my interview' button to confirm the new time. You may also directly click the red 'Cancel my interview' button to cancel your session altogether. 



Another example below shows the appearance of the page when there are no other available times for rescheduling:



In this case, there are no alternative times to reschedule the interview. You can choose to keep your original time, or cancel the session instead.

You can use the 'Contact Us' form on the registration page for the role if you would like to email the employer's interviewer team to ask about future opportunities.  


The 'Contact Us' form is in blue hyperlinked text on the right side of the registration page, as shown below.
