If You See “0 Interviewers Online” on the Waiting Screen:

This message means that the interviewer has not yet joined the session.




Here’s What to Do Next:


1. Please use the “Contact Us” form to notify the employer directly. This ensures they’re aware of the missed session and can assist to provide additional details if needed.

Next Step: Reschedule Your Interview

We recommend rescheduling for another session — the interviewer should be online and ready to meet with you at the new time.

To reschedule:


1. Open your confirmation email.


2. Search for the phrase: “Can’t make it? Cancel or reschedule your interview.”



3. Click the link to view upcoming available sessions and select a time that works for you. Then, click Reschedule my interview.
