What to Do if Your Interview is Cancelled

If your interview gets cancelled, you’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation along with a link to reschedule.

How to Reschedule Your Interview


1. Open the confirmation email.


2. Look for the line: "Can’t make it? Cancel or reschedule your interview."



3.  Click the link to view upcoming available sessions and select a time that works for you. Then, click Reschedule my interview. 



If the link opens but no times are showing, feel free to reach out to us — we’re happy to check and assist!



No Available Time Slots?

If there are no current openings, you may see a "Join Waitlist" option instead. This means all sessions have filled up quickly and no spots are available at the moment.
