Common Reasons You May Not Be Able to Schedule
1. The page is blank or not loading properly
If the scheduling page is blank, stuck, or glitchy, it’s usually due to a browser or device issue.
Try this:
- Open the link in a private/incognito window.
- Switch to a different device, like a laptop or desktop.
- Use another browser (Chrome is recommended)
2. You’re logged into the wrong account
If you're signed in with a different email than the one you used to register on Hellohire, you won’t be able to schedule your interview.
What to do:
- Double-check that you’re using the same email you used to register on Hellohire.
- Log out and sign back in with the correct account.
3. No time slots are currently available
Sometimes, all interview slots have already been booked or the event has reached full capacity.
Here’s what you can do:

4. You’re not eligible to schedule an interview
If you didn’t pass the assessment set by the employer or were not selected to move forward in the hiring process, the option to schedule an interview will not be available.
