Having trouble accessing or logging into your interview? Here are some common reasons and easy fixes to help you get started smoothly:

Mic and Camera Setup Issue

If you’re having trouble with the mic or camera on the setup screen, try this first:

  1. Open your interview link in an Incognito or private browsing window.
  2. You’ll be prompted again to allow microphone and camera permissions — click Allow.
  3. Then, click "Continue" to proceed with your interview.

Email Address Issue

Make sure you're using the correct email address to join your interview. Sometimes, candidates accidentally register twice using different email addresses, and then attempt to join the interview using the wrong one. If you're unable to access your interview, double-check that you're logged in with the same email you used to schedule it.
