Why You See a “Join Waitlist” Option Instead of Interview Times

If you’re seeing a “Join Waitlist” option instead of available interview times, don’t worry — this simply means that all current interview sessions have filled up quickly, and there are no open spots at the moment.

What Should You Do?

1. Click the “Join Waitlist” button on the scheduling page (you’ll find this link in your confirmation email).

2. Enter your email address to join the waitlist, then click Join.

What Happens Next?

Once you’ve joined the waitlist, we will notify you automatically as soon as new interview times become available. This way, you’ll have the opportunity to book a session as soon as possible.

We know waiting can be frustrating, but joining the waitlist is the best way to stay informed and secure your spot once more sessions open up. We appreciate your patience and are here to support you every step of the way!
