How to Connect Hellohire to JazzHR

Hellohire integrates directly with JazzHR to simplify your recruitment process. It automatically syncs new applicants from JazzHR into your Hellohire account, keeping everything organized and up to date with less manual effort.

This guide walks you through setting up the integration so you can start scheduling interviews seamlessly.

How to get your API key from JazzHR?

To set up the integration, you'll need a few details from your JazzHR account. Here’s how to get started:

1. You’ll need an API key to connect your JazzHR with Hellohire.

2. Log in to your JazzHR account. Your API Key can be found in the Integration tab under Settings. Only Super Administrators, Recruiting Administrators, or Developers have visibility of the API Key.

How to connect Hellohire to JazzHR?

Step 1: Navigate to Integration

1. Log in to your Hellohire account: https://www.tryhellohire.com 

2. Click the dropdown in the top-right corner of your screen.

3. Select Manage organization > Integrations.

4. Click the dropdown beside Integrations and select JazzHR.

Step 2: Enter Credentials

1. Input your API Key.

 
2. Connect and toggle the "Enabled" switch to activate the integration.

Step 3: Set Up Job Mapping

Create a list of keywords that will help Hellohire map each JazzHR job title to the correct job within Hellohire.
This step ensures each applicant is routed to the right interview process automatically.

To set up Job Mapping:

1. Click "Add Job Mapping".

2. Under Hellohire Job, select the job you want to map.

3. In the Keywords field, enter keywords that match relevant JazzHR job titles.

• Separate multiple keywords with commas (e.g., caregiver, RN, nurse).
• Use * to map all JazzHR jobs to the selected Hellohire job.
  Examples:
  
  • Keyword: caregiver → Matches titles like "Part-Time Caregiver", "Full-Time Caregiver"
  • Keyword: registered nurse → Matches titles like "Registered Nurse Supervisor", "Registered Nurse (RN)"
    Note: Keywords are case-insensitive and will automatically apply to any future job postings.
    

4. Click "Save".

What happens next?

1. Hellohire automatically syncs with JazzHR.

2. New applicants are imported directly into your Hellohire account.

3. Candidates appear in your Hellohire, ready to move forward in the hiring process.
