What is Hellohire Summary Report?

The Hellohire Summary Report gives you a quick, high-level view of your hiring activity over a selected time period. It’s a simple, effective way to track your team’s engagement with candidates and measure interview volume and outcomes — all in one place.


How Do I Access the Summary Report?

1. Log in to your Hellohire account: 
https://www.tryhellohire.com 


2. At the top of your screen, click “Report”


3. From the left-hand menu, select “Hellohire Summary



How Do I Filter the Report by Date?

You can filter your report to focus on a specific time range:


1. Click the date filter at the top of the report


2. 
Update both the month and year fields for both the "From" and "To" dates.


3. Then, first select your "To" date, followed by your "From" date. This will autopopulate your preferred date range.


Note: You can also click the period on the side. The report will automatically update to reflect activity from the selected time frame.



What Does the Report Show?

The report provides a breakdown of key metrics across the selected date range, including:

Candidate Engagement:

  • Candidates
    • Qualified & Scheduled
    • Disqualified
    • Waitlisted
    • Contacting
    • No Response

Interview Activity:

  • Total Interviews Conducted
  • Interview outcomes:
    • Yes
    • Maybe
    • No
    • No Shows
  • Total time spent interviewing
    • Average time per interview
    • Average time to interview
