Candidates are interviewed one at a time by clicking “Start Interview” to admit them into the interview room. If needed, you can prioritize and select a specific candidate from the waiting queue to interview next. 

Here’s what to do if you want to prioritize a candidate in the queue. 

Selecting a specific person to interview next

    1. In the Interview Room view, locate the Waiting candidates list on the right side of your screen. 

    2. Click Select candidate to interview and choose the candidate’s name that you’d like to bring into the interview next.

    3. Select Start Interview to begin interviewing the candidate. 

Note: The selected candidate will be admitted to the interview room. Other candidates will remain in the waiting room until you select them or allow them in.
