Messaging candidates in the waiting room

1. In the Waiting Room panel, look under the Candidate section.

    2. You’ll find an option to Send a Message to candidates.

    3. You can choose to send a message to all waiting candidates at once.

This is helpful for sharing updates, estimated wait times, or providing quick instructions before their interview begins.
