How the Automated "Yes" Email Works

Modified on Tue, Aug 11 at 11:38 AM

The Automated "Yes" Email allows Hellohire to automatically notify candidates when they receive a "Yes" interview outcome.

This automation helps recruiters promptly communicate positive interview results without having to send emails manually.

What is the Automated "Yes" Email?

The Automated "Yes" Email sends an email to candidates when they are assigned a "Yes" outcome in Hellohire.

The email uses the template configured for your organization and can include next steps, onboarding instructions, or any other information you want successful candidates to receive.

When is the Automated "Yes" Email Sent?

The email is sent when a candidate's interview outcome is changed to "Yes".

This applies whether the outcome is updated:

  • Manually by a recruiter.

Once the candidate is marked as "Yes", Hellohire evaluates the automation and sends the email if the Automated "Yes" Email is enabled.

Is the Email Sent More Than Once?

No.

The Automated "Yes" Email is sent only once when the candidate receives the "Yes" outcome.

If the candidate's status remains "Yes", the same automated email will not be sent again.

What Happens If the Automation Is Disabled?

If the Automated "Yes" Email is disabled, Hellohire will not send an email when a candidate receives a "Yes" outcome.

Recruiters can still contact candidates manually if needed.

The Automated "Yes" Email provides a consistent and timely way to communicate positive interview outcomes, ensuring candidates receive important next steps as soon as they are marked with a "Yes" result.
