What is the Automated "Hired" Email?

The Automated "Hired" Email is triggered when a candidate's outcome is updated to "Hired."

The email is generated using your organization's configured email template and can include details such as a welcome message, onboarding instructions, required documents, start date information, or any other information you'd like to share with newly hired candidates.

When is the Email Sent?

If the Automated "Hired" Email automation is enabled, HelloHire sends the email immediately after the candidate's outcome is changed to "Hired."

This applies regardless of whether the outcome was updated:

• By a recruiter manually.

Can the Email Be Sent More Than Once?

No.

The automation is designed to send the Automated "Hired" Email only once for each time the candidate is marked as "Hired."

If the candidate remains in the "Hired" outcome, the email will not be sent again unless the outcome changes and triggers a new automation event.

What If the Automation Is Turned Off?

If this automation is disabled, HelloHire will not automatically notify candidates when they are marked as "Hired."

Recruiters can still send emails manually whenever needed.

The Automated "Hired" Email streamlines communication with successful candidates by automatically delivering important hiring and onboarding information as soon as they are marked as "Hired."
