Hellohire is blocked – How to allow access to Hellohire

Some organizations have security settings that prevent your team from using Hellohire until Hellohire has been added to a permitted domains Allowlist (sometimes called a “Whitelist” or “Passlist”).


Please contact your IT team to add the following domains and subdomains to your Allowlist:

  • hellohireapp.com

  • tokbox.com


If you are seeing any of the following messages in your browser you will likely need to have the domains and subdomains added to your Allowlist:


  • “This site can’t be reached”

  • “Can’t reach this page”

  • “Hmmm… can”t reach this page”
